New Registration
Do’s:
- Always feed proper data
- Before registration check the availability of Mobile number & Email Id on IRCTC portal https://registration.csccloud.in/irctc/Default.aspx
- If mobile number & email Id fetching “Error : Mobile / Email [ ]Not available” then do not feed these details in CSC Registration form.
- Create email id instantly.
- Upload clean & clear image file of pan card and address Proof.
- Upload Pan Card image & detail of VLE Only.
Don’t
- Do not feed Incomplete detail
- Do not upload blur images of Pan card & address Proof
- Do not upload other documents & detail.

VLE asking for commission
Dear VLE,
Thank you for writing to us.
On Sleeper class (Non AC) ticket an Extra of Rs 20/- and in AC class tickets an Extra of Rs 40/- will be added automatically as an agent charge.
VLE will get Commission for AC ticket is 33.90 ₹. Where CSC share is 6.78₹ And commission for non ac (Sleeper Class) ticket is 16.95₹ where CSC share is 3.39₹.
Note: Commission will be calculated on transaction number not on number of passengers)

VLE are getting a message “account blocked”
Dear VLE,
Thank you for writing to us.
Your ID is blocked by IRCTC because you have used your agent ID details like email, mobile, PAN or Aadhaar for personal IRCTC user ID. Your agent id is blocked from IRCTC's end.
We noted your concern and update you within 7 days about the status of your blocked ID. For any future reference related your blocked agent id, please send an email to wasif.ali@csc.gov.in.
Note: Details used for registration on CSC Portal should not be used for any other user registration for IRCTC, it will lead to blocking of agent code permanently.
