Agneepath Scheme is now getting real as all the three branches of Indian Armed Forces that is, Indian Army, Indian Airforce and Indian Navy are now all set to go on for recruitment process and for that final recruitment notification is being released. Agneepath Scheme Recruitment Draft Notification by Indian Army has been released today on 20th June 2022 for induction of candidates into the Indian Army. Around 83 recruitment rallies across the country are expected to be carried out. Men and women between the ages of 17.5 and 23 years will be recruited for the armed forces under this scheme.

Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment Notification 2022 PDF

Agneepath is a central government scheme in which a candidate can serve the country by joining any of the three armed forces, Indian Army, Indian Navy or Indian Air Force for the period of four years. In this regard, Army has released it’s official recruitment notification in which they have clearly mentioned every detail about it.

It said that ‘Agniveers’ would form a distinct rank in the Indian Army, which would be different from any other existing ranks. It also mentioned that ‘Agniveers’ will be barred from disclosing classified information gained during the four-year service period to any unauthorised person or source under the Official Secrets Act, 1923.

Adding to this it mentioned, “With the introduction of this scheme, the enrolment of soldiers in the regular cadre of the Indian Army, except technical cadres of medical branch, will be available only to those personnel who have completed their engagement period as Agniveer,”.

Agniveer Technical (All Arms)	10+2 Intermediate Exam in Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate and 40% in Each Subject.
Agniveer Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner
